I'm a University of Chicago-trained psychiatrist who left academia to pursue a more humanizing model of psychiatry and mental health.

I explore what mental health can become when we move beyond pathologizing the human experience and begin honoring awareness, meaning, embodiment, creativity, and connection. My work integrates contemplative traditions, neuroscience, psychiatry, philosophy, play, and modern technology to create accessible approaches to emotional well-being and neurodivergence.

I'm a University of Chicago-trained psychiatrist who left academia to pursue a more humanizing model of psychiatry and mental health.

Rather than viewing people as broken, I focus on helping individuals understand the patterns, sensitivities, and narratives shaping their experience so they can express themselves more authentically and live with greater presence, agency, and self-compassion.

My goal is to make mental health feel more human, playful, reflective, and empowering — creating resources and conversations that help people reconnect with themselves while navigating modern life.
