I explore what mental health could look like if we start honoring the contemplative awareness behind the mind. I integrate non dualist philosophy, modern neuroscience, and meditative practices. My goal is to provide accessible mental health resources that foster a way to understand your neurodivergence and become comfortable expressing yourself.
I'm a University of Chicago-trained psychiatrist who left academia to pursue a more humanizing model of psychiatry and mental health.
